The Delmarva Power Customer Relief Fund is now accepting applications! If you are an active residential customer, live in Queen Anne’s County, and are behind or need assistance with your Delmarva Power payments stop by the Queen Annes County Department of Housing & Family Services for assistance with filling out and submitting your application. Located in the Kramer Center, assistance will be available from 10 AM to 2 PM. Dates are as follows:

• Thursday, February 26, 2026
• Friday, February 27, 2026
• Monday, March 2, 2026

A copy of your picture ID, a copy of your most recent Delmarva Power bill, and proof of income or benefits card will be required to complete the application.
