About Us - The Housing Authority of Queen Anne’s County, MD aims to promote and provide a broad range of services relating to rental housing.
Who We Are - We work with many partners in the local housing environment to ensure low- and moderate-income residential units are available for rent within Queen Anne’s County.
Availability & Waitlist - Waitlists for rentals managed by the Housing Authority of Queen Anne’s County, MD open & close as space becomes available, without notice. Check availability here.
Application Process - Any family that wishes to reside in public housing must apply for admission to the program.
Waitlist Info - HUD requires the PHA to establish policies to update and maintain the waitlist for all programs they offer.

Foxxtown - Foxxtown Apartments is a 41-unit, three-story senior apartment complex in Sudlersville, MD. Must be at least 62 years of age to apply.
Grasonville Terrace - Grasonville Terrace is a low & moderate-income rental housing community off of Main St. in Grasonville, MD. Must be over 62 years old to apply.
Riverside Estates - Riverside Estates is an income-based community of two-story townhouses located on Dunn Lane in Chester, Maryland.
Terrapin Grove - Terrapin Grove is an independent living facility for seniors on Terrapin Grove Rd. Applicants must be over 62 years of age to apply.
Landlord Based Rentals - Intended to help connect families and Section 8 landlords in our area. Units on this page are NOT managed by the QAC Housing Authority.
