Terrapin Grove is an independent living facility for seniors located just across the street from the Kent Island High School on Terrapin Grove Rd. The community has 73 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, and 9 cottages. Square footage of the unit varies depending on its location within the building. Applicants must be over 62 years of age to apply. The facility holds a community recreation room, common areas on each floor with a larger common area and attached kitchen on the first floor, a communal laundry room, and a rentable Hospitality Suite for visiting family members ($75 per night). It also benefits from the connected Sudlersville Senior Center.
