Please be aware that there will be active construction taking place on the playground and plan accordingly.

Tenants should not need to take any action but may experience increased levels of noise and dust. Tenants that live in units surrounding the playground may be unable to use the sidewalk leading to the parking lot for an unspecified period of time on construction days.
